Every year, a portion of the production remains unsold. These surpluses place pressure on the economic balance of wineries, whether they are small family estates or historic houses. We imagined a sparkling, light and modern cocktail crafted from these excess volumes. With low sugar and low alcohol, Facil\u2019s reflects new consumption expectations: drinks that are healthier, accessible and friendly, without losing the authenticity of wine.
